Sex Assault
I didn’t create this mod. The original author is Jallil, who hasn’t been around in a long time. If he returns and wants it back, it’s his. His last release had quite a few bugs, including a CTD problem. I’ve added fixes and a few features, with contributions from Prideslayer and Sunnstor as well. You can find the original mod page here.
This mod is available for adoption if anyone wants to take it on, at least until Jallil returns—if he ever does. It isn’t my main focus.
Sex Assault replaces Sexout Brutal Rapers, includes everything it offered, and adds plenty of expanded functionality.
You’re free to reuse any assets included in this mod for whatever you like.

Features (each can be disabled through MCM)
Combat Sex
During combat, enemies can attempt sex with you or your companions. MCM settings determine how likely an NPC is to try, while your Sex Assault defense determines whether the attempt succeeds.
Stalkers
Actors can stalk you and your companions. When they catch up, the outcome depends on your Sex Assault defense and their approach angle; approaching from behind gives them a bonus. Staring them down can scare them off, and aiming a gun at them works better. You can set different faction rates in MCM. Nudity, certain cum smells for some creatures, and concede mode all raise the chance of stalking. For humans and non-feral ghouls, that chance is four times lower during daylight. Since August 2014, stalkers have used a dynamic strategy that they can improve through learning.
Warning: Stalkers can interfere with some scripted sequences. If that happens, disable stalking until the sequence is over.
Modders have several ways to prevent stalking during sensitive sequences:
1. Put your cells on the SexoutNG restricted list: SexoutListRestrictedCell and SA will leave the player alone while they’re in those cells.
2. Put your actor refs on the SexoutNG restricted list: SexoutListRestrictedActor
3. Put your actor refs on the SCR restricted list: SexoutSLActorDataIsReserved
4. Set the NX EVFl “SO:NotNow” on PlayerREF, and clear it afterward. It does not reset itself.
PlayerREF.NX_SetEVFl “SO:NotNow” 1
——
The NX setting above stops stalking, including during sleep/wait. You must enable it again yourself by setting the variable to 0; this mod won’t reset it for you.
DoctaSax gets credit for the ‘Sexout Not Now’ name.
Sleep/Wait
Nearby characters may take advantage while you’re sleeping or waiting.
Sex Assault Defense
Your defense score controls the success chance of an attempt. It starts with an adjustable base, adds modifiers for your unarmed skill and equipped weapon, then multiplies the result by your health percentage.
Here’s the full breakdown:
(MCM adjustable base + unarmed skill + equipped weapon modifiers) * health percentage : vs : random 0->99)
An attempt can potentially succeed at any health level. Unless you’ve set base defense very low, though, the chance at high health without conceding is small—usually 0. As health falls, that chance rises until success is nearly guaranteed at very low health.
Beating a stalker’s roll by a wide margin makes them stop. A narrow win only slows them down.
Equipped weapon modifiers:
– Nothing equipped ( – 30)
– Two-handed guns ( – 10, or – 40 while reloading; awkward at close range)
– Grenades/mines ( – 10)
– One-handed melee ( + Melee skill + weapon damage + 10)
– Two-handed melee ( + Melee skill + weapon damage – 15)
– Pistols ( + 20, or – 30 while reloading)
– Automatic weapons ( + 50, or – 30 while reloading)
– Unarmed weapons ( + Unarmed skill + weapon damage – 10)
Worked examples:
Start with base defense = 100, Unarmed = 25, and an equipped pistol (+20): total = 145
At 100% health: defense = 145, attempt success chance = 0%
At 50% health: defense = 72, attempt success chance = 27%
At 10% health: defense = 14, attempt success chance = 85%
Put the weapon away instead (watch out when using the sprint mod
), and your 100% health defense becomes 100 + 25 – 30 = 95
At those same three health levels, the attempt success chances are now 4%, 52%, and 90%.
Alternatively, equip a combat knife with 50 Melee skill. A knife is a pretty good deterrent at close quarters, and your defense at 100% health becomes 100 + 25 + 65 = 190
That gives attempt success chances of 0%, 4%, and 80% at the same three health levels.
These examples all use a base of 100, the default for CR. Stalking defaults to 50, so it’s worth staring stalkers down before they get close.
If you want attempts to succeed, you can use the concede key. For a longer-term setting, lower base defense to -100. With the pistol setup from the first example, that gives -100 + 25 + 20 = -55.
At 100%, 50%, and 10% health, the attempt success chances are then 100%, 100%, and 100%. No defense left there.
I’d start with the default CR/Stalk base defenses of 100 / 50. For regular gameplay, I’d suggest staying within 50 -> 150 for CR and 0 -> 100 for stalking, but the settings are open-ended so you can make things as forgiving or as depraved as you prefer
.
Enable debug to watch defense score changes in the console.
Theft
A successful attempt can result in some of your caps, alcohol, or chems being stolen.
Item Damage and Drop
Attempts can knock equipped items onto the ground and cause a small amount of damage to them.
Drugging
There’s a chance of being drugged during an attempt.
Sex Toys
Attempts can use the sex toys and BDSM gear available in Sexout. All sex toy mods must be installed for this feature, or you’ll see large red boxes. Links are in the requirements below; you can also follow ritualclarity’s SCR installation guide.
Conceding
Press ‘X’ to enter concede mode; you can change the key in MCM. This mode bypasses the Sex Assault defense roll, making every attempt succeed. It also prevents theft, item damage, item drops, and drugging. Sex toys remain available. Concede mode lasts for 30 seconds after pressing ‘X’.
Chances
MCM lets you disable creatures, factions, homosexual encounters, power armor, and high-karma NPCs. Individual faction rates can be adjusted too.
