Playable NPC Clothings

Playable NPC Clothings is a simple mod that flags all NPC clothing as ‘playable,’ letting it appear in inventories so you can remove it. Default companion outfits will also appear in their inventories, where you can take them off or re-equip them. It’s meant to work alongside mods such as NAF Seduce that give you access to NPC inventories. BGS marked many of these clothes as ‘non-playable,’ which keeps them hidden from the player.

Every piece of clothing I’ve changed has ‘NPC’ in its name. I haven’t confirmed whether wearing these items as the player character causes any problems.

As far as I know, this covers all the outfits worn by normal NPCs that weren’t already ‘playable.’ Crowd NPC clothing isn’t included—I think those NPCs aren’t part of the human race. Child NPC clothing is also excluded, since making child NPCs unclothed is illegal.

Both esm and esp versions are available to download. I think you can enable or disable them without affecting anything else.
